Neodalle Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

The location is excellent. It’s closed for everything. The room is clean and the bedding was comfortable without any odd smell. Its full bathroom is modern and well designed. The buffet breakfast was high quality. The cleaners did the very good job for keeping the room clean. The most impressive part is the staff service. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Alisa Xiang is a such sweet girl. She gave us a big smile and detailed help. When my husband got sick, the manager with staff delivered a special meal to our room. Our hearts were melting.

Great location, modern hotel, good breakfast selection, especially in the club lounge! They upgraded our room from an executive king to a suite, which was fantastic!

very nice hotel, staff was very friendly l, especially Tom Dong who helped us contact our next hotel. location is very close to the east gate of the national park and speaks very good English.

Rooms were clean and spacious.
